Why does inequality cause confusion?

The reason inequality causes confusion is that people want to be treated equally. The history of mankind has long resisted for equality and freedom. The desire for equality was expressed with sorrow and anger for inequality, which I think is enough to create social chaos. There are various welfare systems in society to reduce these inequalities. It strives to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor in various fields such as economic and cultural fields. This is supposed to be an effort to reduce the possibility of social confusion caused by inequality.
