Q: What makes a society better?
A: I think it's human being that makes society good.
I don't think the system can change people.
Society will be better if people do the right thing and live with care for each other as the right people grow up.
Also, the right system and the right laws made by the right people will be the driving force for a person to live up to his or her conscience.
