Problems and Solutions of Urbanization and Industrialization

Urbanization is a phenomenon in which the number of cities increases or the proportion of people living in cities increases. The ratio of secondary and tertiary industry workers increases.
Industrialization is a phenomenon that changes from an agricultural society to an industrial one. Dissemination and mechanization are carried out. But urbanization/industrialization creates many problems.
First of all, there is a heat island phenomenon. Population growth due to urbanization, artificial facilities, and artificial heat increase have resulted in higher temperature in the city center than in the surrounding areas. Also, air pollution occurs due to increased use of fossil fuels. Land pollution and natural disasters are also problems. There are housing problems in cities as well as ecosystems. Land prices rise as the number of apartments becomes scarce. Crime also increases. In rural areas there is a shortage of labor and infrastructure. Their relative sense of deprivation is also one of the key issues.
So what are the solutions? First of all, it is going to secure space for green areas through a project to record rooftops. It eases the heat island phenomenon by restoring rivers, reducing traffic to cars, and placing buildings that help circulate the wind. It will utilize eco-friendly renewable energy resources and reduce emissions by installing clean-up facilities. In addition, development-restricted zones are set up to conserve green space around cities.
