Q. What kind of changes are needed for more equality?
A. I think the first thing that needs to be changed is that it starts with people's petty perceptions. We may be expecting or imposing certain gender roles on someone without even realizing them. So we have to break the stereotype of 'Man should do this' or 'Women should do this' and start with 'Anyone can do it'. I think it can bring equality.
