Q. Why is terrorism seen as such a danger,so if few people have been affected by it? 

A. Terrorism is considered a threat enough even if no one is affected. Terrorism usually occurs in unpredictable situations. Unpredictable risks make people feel more insecure. Also, terrorism usually causes damage. In the process, people die or get hurt. Even if there are fewer people who die or get hurt, it is enough to threaten them. Also, terrorism is currently a rebellion against society. As their demands are not met, they become violent, which makes them feel more intimidating.
