Q: what kind of changes are needed for more equality?
A: based on some research that I found, changing norms can increase more equality in the environment. In the research they examine the effect of norm education for younger generations. It is said that giving the norms education about equality is good so the equality will change as times goes by. But I think for this kind of changes will be in a long term, because it supposed to change the younger generations perspectives about norms.
