Q. What kind of changes are needed for more equality? A. We must change the use of fixed language for equality.For example, many people use the word expression "strong" and "active" to men. People also use the word "weak and quiet" for women. This serves as a solidification of the image of women and men, and when women are seeking jobs, the image of a weak woman becomes rigid and therefore is not chosen from the workplace. Men also have to do what someone can't because of the image of strong. Because these things cause inequality, we should reduce the use of fixed language.
