Q. Women don't get promoted. why?
In the past, women were never given opportunities for education or employment. However, women's rights have increased in recent years. The birth of women is not recognized by society. Therefore, the company finds the woman who gave birth uncomfortable. So women are fired very easily after marriage and childbirth. Also traditionally, childcare has been regarded as the role of women. As a result, it is difficult to work socially because only women carry a burden on their child.
