Q. What is the function of stratification? How should a just society be stratified-if at all?
A. Stratification can serve as a net function in maintaining social order. Once stratification is essential, it is impossible for our society to stratify dichotomous methods. Since each person has a variety of characteristics, I think that collective stratification is unfair in order to move toward a just society. Even if a person has different layers, I think they should be layered on different standards.
