Q. Can you think of example of charismatic, traditional and rational-legal leaders or governments in the history of you own country?
Answer...
Personally, I would mention Korea's King Sejong if I told you a nice person on the standard of questioning. Although it was during the Joseon Dynasty, in which he practiced monarchy in a situation, he created many inventions, including Hangul, and spent time discussing politics with his subordinates by setting up conference institutions such as the Uijeongbu. I think this is similar to parliamentary politics in the West. He was also a literary and charismatic leader in international affairs. Through this look, King Sejong thought of both tradition and reform and showed his ability and charisma as a leader.
