1)summary
The government is the center of power. The first appearance of a government goes back to Egypt. Governments first occur in small urban groups. And it develops with the development of agriculture. The government at this time started to manage water for agriculture. There are many different types of government in the world. In the United States, it takes the form of a federal government. Germany has a federal system and a parliamentary cabinet system. Korea takes the presidential system. So countries have different forms of government for them. Among them, I would like to learn about the history of the presidential system of Korea. Will be divided into north and south after liberation in the colony of Japanese imperialism. South Korea was at first a great center of prosperity. Then, a military government will be established. Finally, it is the current constitution in 1987 and a constitutional amendment for democratization such as a direct presidential election.
2)What was interesting/what did you learn
What was most interesting was Korea's grassroots democracy. Korea's history as a democracy is very short compared to other democratic countries. Nevertheless, democracy is firmly rooted in Korea. The reason can be found in grassroots democracy. This means popular democracy, which affects every individual citizen. In Korea, it also means local autonomy as a basis for democracy. Local government in Korea has been in effect since 1952.

What is the most ideal form of government when South and North Korea are reunified?
