I think increasing inequality can lead to the emergence of charismatic leaders and revolutions. I think most people don't move forward when they are satisfied. If you feel unequal, more people will move forward to resolve their inequality, and there will certainly be a charismatic leader. It can also lead to a revolution. There are many areas where inequality is not corrected by hard work, but there are certainly many areas that are fixed. That is why efforts can make it somewhat equal.
