Q. Why as people get richer, they become less religious?

A. People believe in God to find a place to lean on when they are having trouble. The more rich people get, the less they need to believe God and the less they need place to lean on. The rich already have a lot, less likely to suffer injustice, and more likely to do whatever they want to. In this situation, the rich may not have felt the need to find God.
