Q. Why Koreans and Poles value the environment less than Americans, Australian, Chinese or Japanese?
A. South Korea and Poland had relatively small territory and had a technological effect to grow the economy in small countries. Therefore, the value of the environment was small.
In any country it focuses on the economy, and when the economy stabilizes, it focuses on the environment. For example, Korea is currently in the process of regulating disposable cups or campaigning for tumblers.
