Countries like China and the U.S. already have developed sufficiently economically, so they are able to try to continue their industries while minimizing environmental pollution. In Korea and Poland, on the other hand, economic development and job creation have not been sufficient, they priority to continue their industries for the purpose of economic development rather than environmental protection.
