Extra Posting / Is modern democracy really "the will of the people"? / Lee JaeSeong

Q. Is modern democracy really “the will of the people”?

I think so. What do the people want? I think it's about selecting the delegates they want. Although it is a way not everyone can be satisfied, the majority of the people are choosing a leader who is in favor. This has not changed with past or present democracy. It is another matter of whether this is a good way, but I think modern democracy still reflects the will of the people.
