Q.
What is the way to solve Korean social problems?
A.
It is likely to take a long time. Because it has to do with social awareness. There are many conditions necessary to reduce extreme competition. First is the use of resources. Because Korea lacks natural resources, it is widely believed that human resources are needed. Therefore, I think changing this perception will reduce competition. It is also a change in education. It is unlikely to change easily over the decades, but it requires education on diversification and differences. Recognizing differences as qualitative differences, or thinking ahead of differentialization, is a bad thing that encourages competition.
