How can we reduce the suicide rates in Korea?
I think that a less competitive society should be created to reduce the
suicide rate in Korea. But suddenly it is almost impossible to create such a
society. Therefore, in order to reduce the direct suicide rate, extreme
suicidal thinkers should be given the opportunity to get help from experts such
as counseling centers. Rather than reprimanding those who think suicide, they
need a social awareness to empathize with such extreme thinking and to help them
change their minds.
