week11/ International Relations/The Causes of War/ MinSeung Sung

1. Summary
There are various arguments about the history and relationship of war. A famous historian compares war to traffic accidents. It means that there are conditions and circumstances that make war. But this means that we cannot predict when it will happen. Social scientists criticize this approach. It's because it's hard to say it's all pure coincidence.
These discussions have been explained by various theories. Psychological theory, anthropological theory, sociological theory, informational theory, economic theory Marxist theory. Psychological theory discusses the inherent violence of humans, especially men. These combinations are described in combination with other logic. Anthropological theory shows a different view of war. I think everything is learned, not nature. Sociological theories are related to the origin of war. Informatics theory is one of the new approaches.

2.Interesting
The most interesting thing was Marxist theories. It means those who support Marxism. It was the view that war was caused by free markets and class systems and would not go away unless the world revolution took place.

3.Discussion
y question is, can't we predict war by understanding the cause of it?
