Korea is aging - what can the government do about that?

Aging is the ratio of the elderly to the entire population. The problem in our country is that the total population does not increase compared to the number of elderly people. First of all, to reduce aging, the government should implement policies to encourage childbirth. Before that, policies that young people can eat better and live better will be the first thing. Young people consider their children as burdensome in a difficult world and try not to have children. Since then, it has already become an aging society, and should help more elderly people work by creating jobs and adjusting pensions for the elderly.
