Our present is more secure than in the past. But only for natural deaths such as attacks of beasts, verbs caused by cold, heat, drowning. Humankind has developed science and has developed weapons and methods for more massacres, creating instability in the whole of mankind and the unsafe conditions caused by it. Starting with swords, windows, and arrows, and now with guns, bombs, or atomic bombs, the enormous advancement of science can kill as much as humanity.
