Why does Korea top plastic surgery popularity charts?
Because I think that as the times changed, our perceptions changed too.
The case of South Korea, plastic surgery was considered conservative until the mid 1990s. But, recently plastic surgery has changed socially and universally.
And in a competitive society, appearance is considered a social value and a weapon.
