women don't get promoted why?
In the past, men were considered superior. As a result, men could receive education even if women did not. The man became more intelligent and could be promoted higher. The mistaken notion of a man's superiority prevented a woman from getting promoted. Both men and women now receive equal education. However, women are still being blocked from being promoted due to the issue of childbirth. Birth and child should be together.
