Conflict_Theory / Week11 / HanBin Bae

Summary
Conflict theory is the theory that explains social phenomena as conflict and division rather than harmony and consensus. There is Marxist conflict of interest in economic class conflict and beaverish conflict of interest in inequality of power and authority.
The hostile contradictions of class society inevitably lead to conflict, which is Marx's theory that a conflict ends with the triumph of one class and the fall of another. It can happen between all social classes in the social sector, or between individuals, or even within one individual. Conflicts between social classes are based on their conflict of class interests, or hostile contradictions. However, the concept of conflict is not the same as the concept of "enemy." There is not always a hostile contradiction at the base of every conflict in the realm of society. And despite its non-hostile nature, the contradictions that characterize the socialist society can lead to conflict.

Interesting
What's interesting is how to resolve this conflict. Conflicts really happen a lot in our society. They also try a lot to reduce conflict. However, it does not necessarily resolve the conflict-based contradictions unconditionally. Whether the conflict is resolved as well as its inconsistencies depends on whether all the conditions, means and possibilities are given to resolve the contradiction already underlying the conflict at the time it takes place.

Discussion
As mentioned above, resolving conflicts does not solve everything. We need to find the source and find the core. However, I think it will be difficult to find such problems easily. So I wonder. Are there any fundamental solutions, examples, or research papers to resolve this conflict? I would really appreciate it if you let me know.
