Socialization / 6 week / Kang SeoJong (강서종)

1. summary

Socialization means the process of human interaction, or human assimilation, into the established generation.
Socialization is divided into primary socialization and secondary socialization. The first socialization takes place in childhood and adolescence. This is when a person's basic or core identity develops. 2nd socialization refers to the socialization that occurs throughout one's entire life, both in childhood and in new groups that need further socialization. In the second phase of socialization, concrete changes are made rather than the formation of identity in the first society.
Arnett proposed a type of broad narrow socialization. Broad socialization is ndl promoting independence, individualism, and self-expression, and this type of socialization is widely called because it has the potential to produce a wide range of results. On the other hand, narrow socialization is said to promote obedience and conformity. Arnett therefore defines the entire process of developing actual behavior that is limited to a much narrower range of individuals born with an extremely wide range of behavioral potential, as a conventional and acceptable act according to their collective criteria.

2.interesting

It was interesting to note that Marshall discovered that relationships, behavioral changes and combinations of retired family cultures contribute to the accepted and brave concept of death.
Retired people meet people who are similar to themselves and argue about death. So retired people may think death is scary and scary, but they have socialized so that similar people can get together and make each other understand each other and be positive about accepting death. This research gave me another glimpse of the importance of socialization. I think death is the most feared thing in man. He can say the end of his life, the end of his life. We could see the impact of socialization in that we could meet with similar people and overcome death without fear.

3.Discussion

I first started Alba at the fast food store. Clothes, hairstyles, and words to wear were also different there. For example, if you put an order in a kitchen, the recipient would say "thank you " and "Big Up" when frying French fries. Like this, I could learn new words and learn new rules of society. I wonder if anyone other than me has ever experienced socialization.

  1. I have experience in re-socializing. I'm not taught to drink when I'm underage, but I'm trained to drink alcohol properly when I'm an adult.
