A. There is not only gender discrimination but also race discrimination. They are recognized not by their actions but by their ethnic characteristics. Because the person is a certain race, a discriminatory perception is made that he or she may have a particular personality. And that is taken for granted. Even if they do the same thing, they create different perceptions of different races.
