A. I think who has capital become powerful. Our society is capitalism. This means that who has the capital is easy to get other things and easy to control people. Compare to Marx's time, our society truly changed. But our society is still Capitalism and In Capitalism, capitalist has power. Capitalist can also manipulate administrator and judge through the capital he has. And If he can do this, Who has the capital can control the policy and laws or something. So I thought that who has capital is powerful.
