Why do people work?
The biggest reason humans work is to fulfill their own desires. In a capitalist society, we expect the largest number of people to work for money, but according to recent job market trends, new employees at large companies often turn to smaller companies without a high salary. When we look at this social movement, we see that before money we are determined and working by our own desires for existence.
