Q. Why some countries have more driving accidents?

A. I think this is because of the strength of the criteria for obtaining a driver's license is different. Some countries need to be educated for a long time to get a driver's license, but some countries can easily get a driver's license if they only take the exam and simulated driving test. That makes people think differently about the driver's responsibility.
