Q. Why some countries have more
driving accidents?
A. I think the most important
reason why traffic accidents happen is because of alcohol. In the U.S., I know that because of the strictness of drinking, people who drive drunk are
severely punished. So the traffic laws are weak because they do not take
the risks of driving accidents seriously.
