Q. Why some countries have more driving accidents?

A. I thought this was the criterion for how clearly the traffic laws were set and understood by people. To be familiar with the traffic laws, a large number of people must use cars. Or, education on traffic laws should be well conducted. So I thought income and that education on licenses would determine the extent of a traffic accident.

 But it was really interesting that drinking culture and traffic accident rate were related.
