Why some countries have more driving accidents?
The list shows that in low- and medium-income countries, car accidents are more likely to die. For that reason, the percentage of people who use cars in high-income countries is higher, so they are more detailed and more powerful about laws and punishment. People try not to break the law to avoid punishment. On the other hand, I think accidents occur more often because there are relatively few people who use cars in low- and middle-income countries, so there are not many people who obey the law due to the lack of detail and punishment.
