What is sociology? / Week1 / HanBin Bae

1. Summury
Sociology can be defined as the study of human social behavior, interaction with social relationships, group and social structure and variation as the main study subjects, which are systematically explored. And sociology is understanding and solving 'our problems.' Therefore, critical eyes are needed.

2. Interesting
Sociology is a human-made society that aims to understand that people have come together and have made it through scientific means. There are some rules and laws in this system, and it started from the idea that you can interpret these things based on learning such as math. Sociology is related to psychology and philosophy, and it is hard to conclude that it is completely independent, such as using history to prove one's claim.

3. Discussion
While sociology is popular, it is a sign of the power that sociology has. Then, I wonder what your opinion is about the power of sociology. Tell me what you think.

1 comment:

  1. I think the power of sociology is great. That is because it is an interdisciplinary subject that is compatible with any other field. Therefore, it can affect all areas. This fact does not underestimate the influence of sociology.
And I also found it interesting that sociology is connected with mathematics or science.
