Extra Posting : why is God in Christianity often portrayed as a male? HanBin Bae

The point about what religion Christianity is is in the character of Jesus Christ, who is also the origin of its name. Jesus was born the son of Mary. Christianity is a religion built around Jesus. Jesus' actions themselves function as a central symbol of faith, as he foretold. For example, the cross he carried on the hill represents the most representative symbol of Christianity and the church at its root. This naturally seems to be deeply rooted in the idea that men are more common in expressing Christianity.
