What examples of inequality leading to conflict can we think of?

I think that discriminating against migrant workers is an example of inequalities leading to conflict. I usually hire workers from developing countries in developed countries. However, in the process of hiring them, they do not guarantee their rights and are exploiting their labor force. Today, the world is looking for ways to realize these problems and protect the rights of migrant workers, but the effort has not yet been achieved. Unequal treatment of migrant workers leads to strikes and conflicts between employers and workers.
