1.      Summary
Politics is the process of a group of people making socio-economic decisions. These types of government are monarchy, democracy, totalitarianism, oligarchy, communism, and new government. A group of people with similar political beliefs is called a political party. Examples of parties are the Democratic Party and the Republican Party of the United States. In a democratic-based political system, voting is important. However, there are various patterns and inequalities in these voting patterns. For example, younger people have a higher voter turnout than older people, and ethnic minorities are not easy to vote in elections.

2.       What was Interesting / What did we learn
It was interesting to see the difference in voter turnout, depending on the level of education. Adults with less than eight years of education voted 21.6 percent, while those with college degrees had a voter turnout of 71.7 percent. Of course, people with more education will be interested in society or politics. However, it was amazing to see a big difference of 50.1p.

3.      Discussion Point
South Korea by 2016, Park Geun-hye a government complex the breaking of. The reason for this is that citizens have political apathy. So, is the nation's political apathy due to political skepticism from incompetent politicians? Or is it because of a lack of civic awareness? Or is there another reason?

  1. The reason for A governance complex the Breaking of was called political apathy of citizens, which seems to have been broken down by problems of Park and the Korean government rather than problems of citizens. It is hard to say that it is indifferent to the public's actions until the impeachment.

    1. Park Geun-hye president of the citizen. Of course, it is true that their fault is even greater, but it is not for the people who elected such qualified presidents to be held accountable. If citizens were interested in politics, they would have voted first to decide whether the candidate would be a presidential candidate.

  2. I think the first is that people don't care about politics. If interested in politics would not have the Park Geun-hye. There were enormous media reports that she could become the first female president of Korea, and adults who couldn't find out how to win sympathy by appealing for the loss of their father and mother. The sense that the president should be a man should be removed. However, I don't think men or women should be chosen without ability and not stand there. Moreover, the fact that a person who had lived in the face of a princess as the daughter of a coup d'etat was represented by the people does not have a conscience and that the person who elected her has no affection for Korea.

    1. Her words and actions are enough to infer. It is also absurd to appeal for and draw the head of state. It is just sad that such a thing happened in Korea.

  3. I think about that even though politicians insist that they accept public opinion when they are candidates, they avoid accepting public opinion after election.

    1. That's true. Politicians should be responsible for what they say when they win the election. It would be nice to have a system related to this.
