What was interesting/What did we learn:
It was amazing that Amett distinguished socialization in this lecture.
I thought that socialization was indistinguishable because it was a process of human adaptation.
Amett distinguished broad socialization and narrow socialization.
Narrow socialization is aimed at obedience and conformity, and broad socialization is for independence, individualism and self-expression.
Amett said that socialization is different from seven social forces, not from their understanding.
I've never had this idea before, and it was amazing to me.
Discussion point:
In this chapter, people say that not all parts are developed through socialization.
Then, I think people have a personality that they were born with.
And I wonder if it's impossible for people with the wrong mind (such as criminals) to correct the wrong mind through various socialization.
And if possible, I would like to talk about what socialization can change.
I don't think socialization will improve them. In the article, people who did not receive socialization properly when they were young said that it was difficult to succeed when they later tried to socialize. Still, I think that if socialization, environmental factors and medical factors combine to change them, they will succeed.

ReplyDeleteI think it is possible to re-socialize criminals. And I think the reason he became a criminal is because of the wrong socialization process. This is because people and the environment have many influences on personality and behavior.
